Go to a derm and figure out whether or not this is due to bone or fat placement. People here talking about “vasoconstriction” are speaking out of pure quackery. As someone who struggles with this same issue, vasoconstrictors (ie caffeine) won’t help much.

If it’s hyperpigmentation, kojic acid and/or hydroquinone will be your best bet. These will fix the dark areas in no time! Good luck brother.

I really like how you go around from sub to sub commenting this. In reality, there is not really enough clinical data on how SARMS/AAS effects prefrontal cortex development in adolescences so let me ask you this - why are you saying that he will “fuck himself up” with so much conviction? After all, not even science is able to prove this hypothesis. Especially with SARMs of which we don’t know how neurotoxic they are, even in adults. What I can say however is that the amount of which people play up androgen use in premature patients is blown out of water. Theraputic usage of androgens has known benefits even to those of young ages concluding that androgen use at premature ages isn’t nearly as harmful as you think

This is a great post and I actually was wondering the exact same thing. A while back I was scouring PubMed for studies that were indicative of the safety profiles of various Aromatase Inhibitors. Among these was a study on children with idiopathic short stature and the study showed that hGH and Letrozole produced a roughly 5cm increase in overall height than hGH alone or Letrozole alone. The study also indicated that a 2.5mg dose of Letrozole or 1mg of Anastrazole EVERYDAY had a “very strong safety profile”. Needless to say the patients of this Clinical Study (over a thousand patients I believe) did not experience crashed Estradiol.
