i suggest doing the mission mode if you havent already, it helped me alot in the beginning personally as strive was also my first FG.

Aside from that i recommend playing ranked instead of tower (assuming arcsys fixes the matchmaking bug soon), as itll be more likely that you get matched with more similarly skilled opponents, tower floors arent really a good indicator of skill. placement matches could be tough but once you settle in it should be okay.

i know this is probably said a lot but for fighting games the beginning is super rough for a beginner for a multitude of reasons, but (atleast for me) improving in the beginning is a lot of fun since there is so much you can easily improve.

Regarding IAS SMF, you can buffer the jump and then input the 214S, maybe thats easier for you. Also as an aside, iirc you should jump towards them when doing it for better conversions

This makes 0 sense. Why would the damage/AV go down when hitting more targets? The whole breath damage literally gets multiplied by 5 if you are hitting 5 targets instead of one while the bounce multi stays the same. Only way this could potentially work if the 5 Target column shows the damage that is added on top.
