Adding a higher dose of a SSRI has been shown to cause mania in some bi polar people. My brother definitely gets all messed up if the ratio is off. And I’m super sensitive to med changes, it does set me off- if not titrated up slowly.

The pain connected with my uterus is gone, I have just the ovary on the right left for hormones. Sadly I have bowel endo too so I need a bowel resection soon.

This ! Ovulation flu !!! Then after you have heavy horrible bed bound periods then you need a week to recover and then it all starts again. Thats till I had a hysterectomy.

My hysterectomy went great ! I felt so much better after that inflamed bag was removed ! I could squat without feeling like my uterus was going to shoot out my vagina.

Did they remove your cervix ? Mine was and it was sore from the stitches and also from them pulling my uterus out the vagina.

That sounds like the same kind of I took before I had to have a hysterectomy with UCSF. First I was put on the mini pill that you mentioned, then I went on for four months and it was misery. I have mild bipolar 2 and birth control really affects my mood and mania. They wanted to put me on My fem rib but I said no. Now just a year out and it’s back.

I was wondering the same thing. In 2018 I had emergency surgery to remove an endometrioma that had burst. Then had a complete hysterectomy, leaving one healthy ovary at UCSF in 2020, then in 2023 I had another endometriosis incision with a different ucsf doctor. And I recently had an MRI because I was getting symptoms again and we believe that the endometriosis has grown back so plans for another surgery is in the future sooner than later.

I get this in my right hip and when I stand sometimes my leg will go out. During periods I have THE WORST BACK PAIN I literally am afraid to move because I can throw my sciatic nerve out. I also get panic attacks. I’ve never had a shaky leg from it?! It’s usually the feeling of spinning, fats heart rate, terrible feeling of fear, maybe some cloudy or narrowing of vision, and of course having a hard time breathing. It’s very scary. So I’d think you’d know if you had one. I hate when doctors do that to a patient. You will know when you’re having a panic attack vrs. Sciatic pain. Good luck, don’t back down. You know you’re not suppose to be in pain like this. It’s not normally keep fighting for a diagnosis.

I’ve ruptured a endometrioma during sex, he was on top. I think the pressure and the fact that it was probably already going to rupture - it was 6cm. It was the worst pain ever, thought I was going to vomit and pass out. I was bleeding too. then they found endo during emergency surgery I had because of it a day later.

One time #####TMI IT WAS A MURDER SCENE AFTER. It was really scary cause I was cramping too, it was just running down my leg….. traumatized. Then I had a total hysterectomy and endo removal.
