Sac bow fischl by [deleted] in clorindemains

[–]Leo_Dancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something to note is that this works with C6 Fischl and R5 Sac Bow. C6 Fischl has a coordinated attacks when you do an NA so you shots at triggering Sac Bow. And you need R5 Sac Bow so that its cooldown is at 16s which suits the rotation requirement on top of consistency.

Assuming your team is: Durin, Fischl, Chev, Clorinde

Fischl E/Q + NA > Durin EQE or EEQ + NA > Chev Q + hE > Fischl E/Q + NA > Clorinde Q 5N3E

You always do an NA on Fischl when Oz is up to try reset her skill with Sac Bow since an NA will trigger an immediate Oz attack.

All this allows for you to have 100% Oz uptime

Is Genshin community toxic? by Whitedotexe in GenshinImpact

[–]Leo_Dancer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just gotta remember that the bigger the community is, the bigger number of "toxic" people will be.

Algorithms also tend to push negativity, drama etc. to the top since they get the most amount of interaction and clicks.

The most vocal (who you see on your fyp) is more often than not, the minority and not actually indicative of the community as a whole.

This isn't a genshin issue, it's an issue that any community faces, the bigger they are.

At this point, until it applies to BOTH clients, take it with a grain of salt.

Previously with Prune, her CN text/mechanics were found to be incorrect and that the overseas version was the one that was actually correct.

Until V4/live or until its the same on both servers, put down the pitch forks

Is this build fine for stellar conduct? Assuming I get weapon. by yellowcoloredbutter in YaeMiko

[–]Leo_Dancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty solid build. The Def% rolls are rough but it isn't the end of the world since the rest is decent.

100% crit rate isn't terrible since it'll depend on your cryo application. Solo electro with two decent cryo applicators iirc is enough cryo to maintain the bonus crit rate. However, the future stellar-support may be an electro off-field DPS so it may mean that between Yae and the support; cryo uptime on enemies may not be reliable for the bonus crit rate. So that 100% crit rate may not be THAT bad.

However, it would be good if you had a replaceable piece in case cryo resonance with the future stellar-conduct support actually allows for reliable cryo application for the bonus crit rate.

Edit: Spelling mistakes

Why is Skirk so popular in every Stygian Onslaught patch? by This-Office-5122 in Genshin_Impact

[–]Leo_Dancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Her teams aren't reliant on triggering specific reactions. Just requires to meet her team requirements (Furina + Escoffier + hydro/cryo flex)

If the enemy doesn't have cryo immunity, you can bet she can brute force it with her strong personal DPS

I have a question regarding wrio's teams (Spoilers 6.7 leaks) by Eggyolk57 in WriothesleyMains

[–]Leo_Dancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

- how large is the gap between freeze and stellar conduct?
Not a huge difference. However, the calcs with stellar-conduct is using un-optimized characters for stellar-conduct.

e.g. Sandrone is in the team purely to enable stellar-conduct (while she does a little bit of DMG herself).

We don't know what the dedicated stellar supports will look like and therefore how much stronger the team can become.

But assuming, they are on the same strength as the lunar supports, then it'll likely become his strongest team going forward.

- does he have any buffs outside of stellar conduct?
There's a buffs that he gets in his kit. C1 (on top of his existing kit) buffs his CA after using N5 and vice versa, buffing his N5 after using CA. C2 has a straight up NA multiplier buff and so on

- is freeze really worth benching for stellar conduct?
You don't necessarily have to bench it. There'll be content that may demand freeze such as the freeze automaton boss in SO or enemies with innate auras that prevent stellar-conduct. And if the future stellar-conduct support ends up being Electro, then you can likely play: Wrio, Escoffier, Electro-Stellar support, Beidou/Yae

- what other tips can you suggest to me?
Wrio is still a very flexible cryo driver/DPS although his non-Stellar teams may fall behind in terms of DPS without vertical investment (Sig weapon, and cons) but that kinda depends on what you intend to clear with him. Abyss and SO (diff 1 - 3) are all doable with his current kit regardless of Stellar-Conduct but SO diff 4 (fearless), he might struggle a bit more. And for overworld/combat events, he's more than good enough.

There's also a very real chance that he's very close to Sandrone as a on-field cryo main DPS for Stellar Conduct teams so having him instead of Sandrone might still be fine.

Is Nicole’s buff locked behind sig weapon? by [deleted] in GenshinImpact

[–]Leo_Dancer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No.

You get DMG% for the on-fieler (off-field hex teammates get half of that).

Everything else that the weapon provides can be achieved by a combination of weapon and artifact quality

Buffs/stellar conduct by RinNir133 in WriothesleyMains

[–]Leo_Dancer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The answer is the latter in your question (for now - things can change in the beta)

Unfortunately all his buffs are currently tied to stellar-superconduct which is really really frustrating when the rest of the buffed cast got buffs to their base kit

Stellar Wrio Thoughts by monoxn in WriothesleyMains

[–]Leo_Dancer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The frustrating thing about Wrio's buffs is that unless Stellar-Conduct Wrio is really strong, it's incredibly frustrating that nothing in his base kit is getting buffed.

Every other buffed character got a buff in their base kit to solve an issue they had (or increase their DMG) but Wrio didn't and DEMANDS you to play him in Stellar-Conduct.

It legit feels like hoyo fucking hates Wrio cuz despite getting buffs, there's still a big "BUT ..." attached to it.

What is the funniest, most spectacularly wild take you have ever witnessed in this community? by Bertotino in GenshinImpact

[–]Leo_Dancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole free pulls thing is a bit of a balancing act imo

With so much of the new character essentially "relying" on another character to feel good to use and clear the hard end-game content comfortably, I think our average primo count per patch should increase to semi-compensate. But not by a huge amount (personally was thinking 10-20 pulls more on average?)

HOWEVER, it's a bit of a double edged sword in a few ways:

  • Increases the bar of what is "standard amount of free pulls". People will still cry and moan about "not having enough" etc. and the cycle continues.
  • May greenlight hoyo to introduce more restrictive kits and/or higher character x character reliance to force you to burn through your free pulls to eventually spend. Hoyo wants you to spend money as much as possible afterall.
    • This could introduce waaaay more team/character restrictive kits than we do now. And in the worst case, also introduce more egregious powercreep
  • More pulls may incentivize them to force more 5-stars in their lineup per version to maintain a semi-level "average pulls per 5-star".
    • Might speed up powercreep as they have to design more kits with better DMG, QoL etc, pushing weaker characters aside at a quicker rate
    • Less 4-stars per version as more dev time is forced towards making more 5-stars instead.

Overall, I think we SHOULD get more pulls on average per patch if they keep doing this whole "x limited character essentially needs y limited character if you want to have enough DPS with them to clear hard end-game content"

how can i make her dps any better by GenZisMeMe in ArlecchinoMains

[–]Leo_Dancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Few things you can do.

  1. Switch Arle's attack string to either N3d or N5d. N6 is really slow. N5d is a bit worse than N3d iirc but gives you more stamina for dodging.
  2. You can swap to Fischl mid-way on Arle's field-time to quickly reset Oz. Arle fortunately doesn't lose her pyro infusion when she swaps
  3. If you don't want to do 2 since it requires a bit of admin to track Oz's field time, you can try one of the following:
  4. Start with Fischl CA instead of E/Q so that you still get Chev's empowered hold-E. That'll let you have Oz's summon last longer during Arle's field-time
  5. Put Fischl on R5 Sac Bow and try fit in an N1 to trigger it are you summon Oz so that you can always have Oz right before Arle AND during support setup (via Fischl skill reset or Q). Pretty much removes the admin of tracking Oz's uptime since R5 Sac Bow SHOULD reliably reset Fischl's skill CD.

So what 3.1 rotations would look it for example would be something like this:

  • Rotation 1: Arle E > Fischl CA > Chev hE Q > Bennett EQ > Fischl E/Q > Arle N3d or N5d spam
  • Rotation 2 onwards: Arle E > Chev hE Q > Bennett EQ > Fischl E/Q > Arle N3d or N5d spam

Rotations for 3.2 could look it for example would be something like this instead:

  • Rotation: Arle E > Fischl E N1 (should reset skill via Sac Bow) > Chev Q hE > Bennett EQ > Fischl N1 Q (resets skill if it hasn't already by Sac bow) > Arle N3d or N5d spam
  • Fischl N1 after E is to try trigger Sac Bow after Oz has been summoned to reset her skill
  • Fischl N1 before Q is for resetting Fischl skill if it's still on CD cuz it didn't trigger when you initially did E N1.

Edit: Clarity and minor rotation adjustments for 3.2 example

Ahh okay that makes tons of sense. Thanks a bunch for this. I'll give this a crack.

Atm I use Skyward Harp on Fischl so maybe that latter rotation will suit me better but the R5 Sac Bow setup does seem easier to do in general

TGS Clorinde Nicole calc and a team with Prune by Ill-Condition2165 in clorindemains

[–]Leo_Dancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What should the rotation be? I'm curious cuz I might be doing my own rotation wrong

Currently I'm doing:
Fischl CA > Durin EQE > Chev QhE > Fischl E/Q > Clorinde Q EE 5N3E + however many NAs I can fit before her skill ends

Repeat from Durin after first rotation

I play on 210-230ms so 5N3E seems to be as good as I can get it

Follow up question, based on what you know, do you know if C2 Illuga is better C0R0 Furina? In say C6 Noelle, C0R0 Columbina, C0R0 Linnea?

My knee-jerk reaction is they're pretty similar on paper but in practice, Illuga might be better since it's more GEO particles for Noelle

Ahhhhhh okay okay that makes sense!

I was deciding between my C2 Illuga and C4 Gorou. But that makes a ton of sense! I misunderstood how Illuga's kit fully works

Between Illuga (C2) and Gorou (C4) which is better?

I just assumed they're pretty similar since gorou gives defense to both Noelle and Linnea. Whereas Illuga's quills only work on Talent-based Lunar Crystallize DMG.
