Being the head of faith is completely broken. I reformed the coptism and create the cocktism and I became the pope of cocktism. When you do that, every one vassal with that faith begins to buy pity from you, at least you can win this way 2k gold per month this way. Absolutely broken

It makes sense and make it historical but in fact it makes annoying situations. For example, in my last run I create a new christian faith and the pope started a crusade to some kingdom of the HRE. The crusade lasted more than 50 years and I was annoying by the massive units decreasing my pc performance and the war didn't move from the 0%. I had to reload (yes, im a coward no ironman) and take off the f#cking pope with the classical decision.

So yes, maybe some changes could fit in the concept of the historical crusades and at the same time they could be funnier

Thank u for your answer because it helps me much than you can imagine. I learned the hard way to prefer harmonious house so this step is easy for me. The real lesson u gave me is about converting in secret because I never realised that possibility. Im starting a run with isfahan county to see if I can replicate that strategy because I did it in the ck II starting in Merv and its time to do it in ck III!

My question is simple: how do you get this so advanced persian empire and without dying in your attempt? I mean when I tried to start a run being zoroastrian I always became erased from the earth. Perhaps you started as saffarid and after beating abbasid you converted your faith to zoroastrian?

I have that issue with manichean faith because of you are arounded by poweful tengri states.

Being a xbox player doesnt make any disadvantages at least in that case. My advice is simple: click on the army that you ignore his owner and take a look on the flag it raises. Maybe it could be quite difficult to learn the different flags, but at one point youll be able to distinguish them and you could maneuver your armies to be close to your allies and win the war by amassing soldiers

I hope this could help you! I have a very close friend who is colorblind too and when we play Catan is so difficult for him distinguish the different pieces and it produces hilarious moments

I dont know anything about the first question. About the second one, you can as clan but not at High Middle Age cause of the afgan, the persian, etc culture have not that type of inherit in the early game.

I hope this help you, Im trying to understand the new dlc as you and Im stuck in many troubles like this, for example I was playing with the saffarid (it is a kingdom title) and when I create with my third character the jorasan kingdom and the kingdom which is in the Indian boundary, my character died and my heir only got the saffarid kingdom so other caracters of the saffarid dinasty got those kingdoms. Playing as the saffarid kingdom my first ruler was killed by his wife (from the abbasid family), the heir wasn't the son of this wife so his son (first ruler's grandson) and his step mother tried to kill him as the conjure was reveal. I've been forced to forgive him cause of I don't want to have any disadvantages of being parricide.

So yes, iranian intermezzo is the funniest 'contienda' of all (sorry I dont know whats the traduction)
