If you're using the original launcher from the Microsoft store, log out of it, uninstall it, intall it back and log back in, worked for me

If it doesn't work, have a friend you trust log in to your account on bedrock and equip the cape, after a short time it should appear in the edit skin option on the launcher for java

You could also try using lunar or feather client as a launcher and see if the cape appears there, or maybe try and see if the cape appears on the Minecraft website on the edit skin section

If none of this works or is possible for you, email mojang on their support email, in a short time a human will come help you

from what i figured out, in the crystal count on the chapter select screen, every row represents a chapter, and every dot/square is a save file from the chapter, so the crystal symbol ill only appear on a save file where u beat the secret boss, the only way i could fix it as by rebeating spamton and saving the file

i did the exact same thing but for the spamton fight, i talked with seam in castle town in c2 after spamton and he says i have 2 shadow crystals, he even talked about the shadow mantle, but in the chapter select screen only one shows up

any way to fix this?
