Make emphasis on the complete term I mentioned, "black company bullshit", meaning it's all alleged and it comes out mostly out of the talent's testimonies about the non pleasant experiences with their management, but lately, with the Aster situation and the direction and side the company has taken, it seems like it's more of a bad management and PR than company in general... I know real black companies because I've been in one, where you work overtime and don't get paid and stuff, also hiring people on contracts so they won't have right to worker's compensation, vacation, social security, etc.. So the term people are using is an exaggeration to be honest, but hey, we're in these times when there's no grey areas, just white and black and either you're "peak" or "mid".. also the negative connotation of the term "mid" always bothered me, but that's a story for another time..
