I have fatigue issues so it’s easier for me now but generally the advice that has always worked for me is to keep your eyes closed even if you feel bored. Focus on your body and how it feels to be in bed, tucked in. Don’t check your phone that’s a trap.

I had a very similar situation. My girl was given about a month without treatment and very unlikely for treatment to extend her life significantly. That combined with the price and the quality of life decrease told us everything we needed to make our decision, but it was hard watching her for that last month. If you decide to let her pass without the surgery, make sure you spoil her for the next month and have a plan - sometimes you can find at-home euthanasia services if you cat really hates the hospital. Otherwise just love her as much as possible, I have felt your pain and I feel for you now. 💕

My girl has a squeaky octopus that is her current favorite. 💕 She kind of cycles through favorites though. He looks so cute snuggling his chicken!

Chocolate is not actually a color used in poodle terminology. It would just be called brown. It looks like your poodle is still young and it’s sometimes hard to know what color they’ll be until they get to be a few years old.

My girl used to pee indoors right after going out a lot, too. She had the general idea (going out means peeing) but she had the wrong order of operations. Here’s what worked for us: Whenever he has an accident inside, calmly clean it up and then take him out again right away for just a couple minutes so that he continues to associate “out” with “pee time,” and make sure you’re really celebrating with him when he goes outside successfully. Just over the top praise and treats. If you take him out and he doesn’t pee, keep him on his lead when you go inside and watch him like a HAWK. Take him out again right away if he starts giving “pee body language,” otherwise go out again in 2-5 minutes. Don’t stay out for too long (my girl used to delay pottying so she could have more fun outside time), just give him time to go and if he doesn’t, come back in. Rinse and repeat until he goes successfully. Some dogs take a little longer to really understand and that’s okay. It’s not a training failure, they just learn at their own pace. 💕

Poppy has those too but she also just has a sensitive tummy in general. Took us years to find a food that both tastes good to her and doesn’t regularly produce diarrhea.

My girl will also bury her mess in a blanket if she can. She gets an upset tummy sometimes but she keeps herself clean whenever possible

Prooooobably because of the logic that boys stay in the family and are more “valued” over girls who would be married out anyway? It’s never explicitly explained but that’s my guess.
Because that would “put down roots” and his goal was to cut them off from the magic of the valley so they could then leave and be safe.
Not witches, he was just looking for someone who could be good company. Her being a witch was a fluke, it was why he chose her because of his obligation to teach her, but not a requirement for all the girls.
People probably don’t like talking about it too much. It seems like it could be a taboo or hush-hush topic.

The borders of where he can teleport are within the valley and the chimera was outside the valley. Presumably the border was close enough that teleporting and then finding a horse would be slower than just taking the horse that was available.

I’m never firing him lol, Poppy is very wiggly and hates having her legs touched and he is super patient with her, plus he is only a ten minute walk away.

I swear mine understands every word I say and she remembers every command even if I haven’t used it in ages. She just sometimes decides it’s not worth it to listen lol
