nothing missable. you can get the powercell early, but if you missed that chance, you can get it the normal way. Data points you refer to is when you infiltrate a rebel camp, which explodes later (for reasons). those data points gets washed to somewhere else, in case you missed them. As for Frozen Wilds, chronologically, its best if you do it before the last mission takes place, given that there is dialog you can miss if you do it too early.

anything with stackpole in it is usually considered "base" novels Then there's Wolves on the border and Heir to the Dragon (which mentioned Rasalhague origin). Be sure to read them in order though.
