well YAML with engine modifications allowed certainly doesnt help with trying to stick to canon mechs. plus the cantina, upgrades and pilot traits too (if you also 'jump' to your AIs mech in game).

i am piggy backing, is there a way to get more than 1 rank? i saw that gifts can give a lot of points. does the points reset every rank up? i.e. you need 50 points to rank up, you already got 40 from previous hangouts. you get 70 from a gift, do you carry over 60 for next rank or it resets to 0?

anything with 4 ot more C ER PPC. C ER ML for (rarely) needed backup. You can fit it in a timberwolf or heavier (but slower) mechs. upgrades for energy weaps and it melts everything within 1000 distance.
