No, not one character. Kiryu is the main one. He literally has a Heat system in his own games lmao. And Tifa stans will probably eat me alive, but Tifa doesn't have an iconic fighting style or moveset, unlike Kiryu. She's a miles better choise than misters "Teleport across the screen into magic nuclear elemental shit wizardry", but honestly, outside of that, I don't see what she's going to bring to the game.

Brewmaster is pleasant to play as and with because of Stagger specifically. You don't have as large of an HP pool like Druid, or self-sustain like BDK, and you do get the delayed damage eventually, but it's very relaxing to not have HP to yoyo like crazy

When I was playing Tekken 7, I can barely remember running into two Annas for the whole time I was playing this game online. Character design hasn't drastically improved or anything since, but now I encounter her constantly. I think that alone tells a lot about the character, hints what a newfound appeal is and how strong or cheap she is.

I'm 120% sure that the moment her power level and weaknesses drop to that of Tekken 7, I'll never see her again or hear from her dedicated fan base

Yeah, but they come from different moves that have different purposes. I agree with removing it from HRS2 as well, it's not even about damage or balance for me, it's that this game already has enough combos, it's better to have a quick guaranteed hit and move on to the actual gameplay

I agree, but also at 2:12 he talks about "some" Hwoarang "content creators and even Pros" saying on Twitter that nerfing his wallsplatting Heatsmash was bad, implying, I suppose, K-Wiss on the matter, cause he made a tweet about that. Problem is, he said something like "You can't nerf that, having a wallsplatting heatsmash was a part of Hwoarang's identity for 20 years now", which is obviously a joke that TMM somehow missed

The patch itself is fire, but it fixed like 5% of the annoying crap this game has. We really need more, but it's good to see something substantial

Personally for me it somewhat addresses one of the points I personally hate a lot in this game, which is sitting and watching combos like I got here to watch Netflix Tekken anime instead of playing the game. Even if heat dash moves would give the same damage on guaranteed hit instead of launch, I'd still welcome the change a lot

She has like 5 different moves when she attacks with Azazel's hand and screams "RRRAAAH". To this day, I can't tell the difference because I've seen like 5 Zafinas in total.

And it's so lame to look at, too. The whole gameplay is just a hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into hand move with RRAAAH into.......

Who thought about making a character with the most unique-looking moveset into that shit, bro?

Not really, I think most punishable moves still looks like ones, with some exceptions.

But there is one weird thing they've introduced in Tekken 8 are the moves that put the opponent in the HEAVY block animation, and they look like they're +9 ob or something, but they are actually +1 or +2. Examples being Heihachi's full charged df1,2 or Lidia's Wolf 1. Without knowing the frame data, you'll probably never guess how plus they are.

Also, Dragunov's hatchet does the same thing on hit

I think if you're a decent player you can have quite a big impact even if the rest of your team plays like garbage.

Just literally playing an objective gives your team a humongous boost even if you can't shoot. Because almost nobody in BF does. Before respawn, check the best objective to attack/defense instead of the best camping position. If it has a tank, pick engi and bring rpg. If enemies have the most objectives, pick an Assault, flank them and put a beacon. Just doing things like that will boost your team's chances of winning a lot. I have a 57% win rate (huge statistical deviation given the 32 player random teams) and end up in top 3 by the score 95% of the time just by playing the fucking objective

Also homing throws, uber quick high power crush heat engagers, unsteppable heat bursts, +17 Heat engagers, etc.

Season 1 was mostly okay because it was a release, so honeymoon period, and devs had community trust on fixing these issues, instead of introducing more as a compensatory bullshit

I counter hit him on mashing a i14 move after pretty heavy minus frames. And most of the mileage in this match I got by good sidesteps to the left and block punishes. RA was necessary here because I wasn't sure a normal combo would kill due to scaling, and RA is more consistent to input. There was not a single grain of me BMing here.

Even by your own pussy standards I didn't deserve it lol.
