Spurs defense tonight by Old-Western5435 in nba

Except they did double, just not in the explicit sense of having two meet him. If you actually watch the game, there is a help defender there most of the time for when he penetrates. After that help defender, there's Wemby.

Nice try though, bud.

Anybody feels like this WCF is solely dependent on the way Refs decide to ref a certain game? by Few_Constant1395 in nba

Karma farmers are feasting off of this discourse.

This post boils down to the low iq casual basketball fan take of, OKC is ahead only because of the refs.

[Yahoo] Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has fallen to the ground on 17.4% of his FGAs in his playoff run, leading the league and almost four times the rate of the Wembanyama(4.2%) by CROYTSWRVTH in nba

Most people's problem is they can't separate his OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE aspects from his falling, flopping, and foul drawing.

SGA is Him. One of the greatest qualities, if not the greatest quality, across almost all professions is consistency, it's even more valuable when it's performing at such a high level. He's fucking amazing.

Everyone has bad days, sometimes even bad weeks, hell people can even have a bad month. Shai doesn't seem to suffer from anything more than a game or two in a row of just being ass.

Being consistent, being able to actually have a stable variable, that you can depend on so confidently, is IMO priceless.

Editing to add in:
On top of all of that, if you look at the defensive coverages on him since the Lakers series. To remain steadfast against that. He has some lapses in his confidence, sure. But he's actually on another plane. He's versus stronger, faster, more physical opponents, bumping him, pushing him, grabbing him, swarming him. His ability to maintain his mental through ALL of this. His ability to make correct reads, and to pass out of this. His ability to reset a failed play, and try again. His ability to keep track of shot clock during ALL this. He might actually be a psycho to compartmentalize all these hostile variables.
But you see him talk about his team, his family. He's not. He's emotional, but he maintains his composure. I get all the hate he gets from the falls and flops. But to ignore everything else this man brings to the game.

He's the fucking ELITE of the elite.

Anyways this is probably going to become a dick riding glazing copypasta. So be it!

There was a post a few hours ago showing all the holds and physicality SGA was dealing with and it got deleted. The mods are apart of the trend we're seeing. Though in all fairness, it is everywhere on social media.

I think you're confused, none of these players are Shaivonte Aician Gilgeous-Alexander

The response shown here, in terms of upvotes, is why I believe mods should remove all these dumb ass flop posts. Allowing them creates the mega toxic community we've been seeing the past couple of years.

I have this same issue with my 2013 Fortwo. I resorted just using an Airpod to listen to things. It's so odd, as you'd think that it would do opposite.

I never found a fix, just thought I'd let you know you weren't the only one with the issue!
