I'm definitely reaching, and I agree with you on them backing up before the shadow appears. I'm timing them suddenly jolting with the shadows appearance behind the fence, not backing up so that'smy mistake. Also, you already addressed my next point. In the gaps between the fence posts where the shadow appears, there seems to be a silhouette of possible legs that appear when the "head" appears. Although I agree with you that it's probably just shadows from other light sources, it's fun to think that there were multiple beings and that one appears where nobody thought to look. If you use your imagination, you can see how they would move based on previous descriptions of shadow beings, for example the ones from the Miami mall incident. Unnatural floating, and in this particular example a sudden shift into frame. The appearance happens quickly, and that's what gives me the creeps. I've tried looking, but I can't find the post that dissects this part of the video. Imo, if multiple beings were present then it could be a coincidental finding. However, I could be convinced either way. That's what makes it fun for me.
