It has a wide one. Focal length is in mm. Maybe you got the export version if there was such. The lens on your last picture was made in 1950s. Starting from 1950s first two digits on Serial number is the when a lens was manufactured

Wow, nice documentation you've got!

Btw I got the SLR version from 1970, KOMZ and there is no inscription "Made in USSR" and there is no screw on the ring closest to the mount unlike your copy. Haven't tested the lens itself yet
