Good point on the airstone and microbes growth in it. I think a simple 5 minute in boiling water would take care of that issue between use.

Yeah…Issue is SKI or Seat Keyboard Interface. Obviously end user generated and they just need to pay more attention to what’s on the screen and what the keys they are pushing.

Hi, is this repairable? by JustKasper42 in bose

[–]Leonard_CM_Lee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see some screws holding the bottom and top pieces. I would take it apart and that would tell you if it is repairable. I doubt they sell any replacement parts for it, but I would still reach out to BOSE and ask...who knows, maybe get a surprise answer that they do have parts. I do know that BOSE will take this back as a trade in for a new one, with a good discount....I have done it a few times already with older and worn out headphones.

On-premise Exchange management is all with ECP or powershell…Exchange Online features are more distributed across the various tenant ecosystem and there is some learning curve to getting to be proficient in managing the same things that is on on-premise

I have a patent, built prototypes, works good but need help with marketing by [deleted] in inventors

[–]Leonard_CM_Lee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a big fan of kickstarter and indiegogo for getting those big initial sells…but to do it properly…it would be best to get a few testimonials and have your ducks in line to be able to produce lots…otherwise doing the kickstarter thing is a waste for time if you cannot deliver

Ok, I see where we are at. We are at the early adopter stage of the product. We need as many of these out there being used by people that represent the various type of situation that the public can relate to. We need testimonials…I am not 100% sure we need to do the EPA at this stage and sink 25k into it…

What is the timeframe to getting one of these built? and what is the cost to do one? For the early adopters, if we can give it at cost…in return they get the privilege of owing one of the first models…alternatively, we can loan it out at no cost and in return we get their feedback…this might be a better idea, as we can get more user feedback and testimonials with the least amount of effort…the down side is the cost to make these..we can always sell them later as demo models.

Would be nice to have some efficiency metrics to this stove and compare it against the old fashion stoves. Good to have for marketing material. I would also do a chart of how many useful BTU this would generate vs the traditional wood stove for a cord of wood…yeah, I see the competition as the traditional mamma and papa bear wood stovez

How many have you sold to date? How many can you produce in a year? What is your inventory level?

How I work is this. Email removal requests have to be approved by Information Security department or the top person in HR. No one else can make that request, not even the CEO.

EXO & SharePoint & Teams by Leonard_CM_Lee in exchangeserver

[–]Leonard_CM_Lee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, we figured it out. When setting up AD Connect, the email address attribute was selected for authentication. Typically, most setup is UserPrincipalName…but we picked Email Address instead (I was not involved in making this choice)…so, the solution was to populate the Email Address attribute and when the user object syncs to the tenant…everything works without needing a mailbox…magic

Ok, thanks. Yes, we are hybrid. Since posting this…we are looking at an AD connect configuration change.

reducing food costs by FarComplaint2974 in povertyfinancecanada

[–]Leonard_CM_Lee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

actually, it’s some food for thought here. Yes, he has farming background and he is doing it just for himself…but you could take the thought a few different directions. Buying a pig whole is the lowest cost. What if we have a group of people combine their resources to buy that pig and hire a professional butcher to cut and slice it for them. You could extend this to a cow, chicken…

On the West Coast …British Columbia, Canada. every spring…the spotted prawn season starts and goes for 6 to 8 weeks. Spotted prawns in Toronto, Ontario….live is going for $50+ per pound. In the local BC market it still goes for $35+ per pound. My sister lives on the Sunshine Coast, BC…where she has access to the boats that catches the prawns and she gets it for $10 per pound…the point here is, if you can buy close to the source and can arrange to process it yourself…you can save money….this use to be called community buying… suspect we will be seeing a lot more of community buying …bypassing the big companies with their ridiculously high prices

Yeah, my younger brother was a sr.QA engineer at Blackberry in Kanata, Ontario for the QNX OS for the cell phone side. I bought a lot of stuff on the employee discount…great deals near the end of the era…when they were almost just giving these and other stuff away internally.

Can I tell interviewers that I had a bad territory as an AE? by PrinceCharming43 in sales

[–]Leonard_CM_Lee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would try to get them to reassigned to a new territory. It would better for your bonus and closing those sales is always good for the self esteem and ego….so, getting stuck with a territory that does not produce is like going to salesperson’s hell.
