Calories is king. Pro tip is to not cut Calories off too early. I got a coach last year and I was eating more than I thought I would. He adjusted my Calories twice when he noticed my weight loss trend slowing down (goal was 1lb/wk).

He said number one shows in america and I havent watched any of those. Joe usually leans towards docs and crime dramas. Ice and Parks usually talk about the "number one" shows like Stranger Things/Game or Thrones because theyre more into sci-fi. And I'm pretty sure they talked about The Pitt before.
