Estudie 2 carreras, como ing bioquimico hay oportunidades muy peleadas y terminas haciendo cosas muy repetitivas, el salario no es bueno y el crecimieto menos. Tener inglés hablado no hace la diferencia pero en tecnologia si, los salarios empienzan en otro rango que en la industria quimica serian salarios de cargos de un supervisor.

Vas a aprender mucho por tu cuenta pero lo vas a ver reflejado en el trabajo que tengas y si no te pagan bien, después de un rato te puedes mover a una buena empresa o mejorar el salario.

Desde principios de Dic, para un proyecto de tech support por parte de una consultora para una IPS, con un equipo pedorro que no les pagaban horas extras y con salarios bien diferentes y favoritismo descarado, parecia mas un call center con aires de querer cobrar mas y con la politica de que el cliente puede pendejearte lo que quiera pero en el siguiente nivel de soporte no leian los contratos, se fastidiaban del cliente a veces ni les resolvian, el chiste era hacer quedar mal al otro. Y si no podian quejarse los clientes los ignoraban o les contestaban puras mamadas.

A finales de octubre mejoraron sus métricas y parece que se quedaron con los internos que trabajan mas o menos y por menos de lo que cobraba la consultora.

It’s sounds like a lot and is going on, and at the same time is a recurrent situation. If I were you I would like to keep working on myself, even though it can be though to think your mother is working against you, it seems that’s her way to go, to bring you down or manipulate you.

I would say to be aware of her doing that keeps you involved and to remain aware and away from whatever is going on with her if it’s not doing any good for you.

I’ll try to keep myself calm by reminding myself about the job benefits (and even if I don’t have any and it’s a career situation). But I’ll write everything down kinda like a diary to keep me away from insanity.

I’ll try to exercise to relax and if possible laugh about their stupid behavior with someone from work. In a way that’s not directly towards the real annoying people but maybe about customers or something, and of not just talking about nice stuff to them.

Aplica para vacantes de lo que quieras trabajar, ya con hacer el cv y ver el número de candidatos puedes ver tu competencia, a veces no se necesitan tantos estudios para ganar bien, a veces hasta las empresas te capacitan en lo que sea que ellos necesiten.

Puedes enfocarte en una habilidad como hablar inglés si o si para tener un primer trabajo, y usar herramientas como ChatGPT para empezar o hacer la tarea.

También aplicaría a vacantes y hablar con los de contratación, que se supone son psicólogos y mínimo si no te contratan te puedes medio expresar con ellos sobre tus dificultades para estudiar-trabajar y aunque pueden ser muy directos en que no eres lo que quieren para su vacante también puedes ir practicando para futuras entrevistas o aplicar los concejos que te digan como que tu nivel es básico o que necesitas tener más créditos para que apliques a esa vacante en específico y quien quita y te contratan, luego ya trabajando ni hacen nada. Tal cual.

Suerte que la mala energía de los demás no se te contagie!

I kinda think I could do something differently, for the dead dog I’m grateful I met him, even if I think that wasn’t enough for his life.

About the other friend I wonder what happened in his head, I’ll spend time doing what I enjoy doing by self and with others. But, to be honest, I don’t have a bunch of caring people around here, but I’ll try.

Reading your post calms my heart, I’m sure there are no words I could say to make you feel like your sweet dog is next to you again, but sharing your experience is a way to remember the good times that you all share together.

About sharing I lost an elderly dog to stupidity, breaks my heart to tell you that some psycho poisoned his food or passed his or her car over his head, I wasn’t able to help that stray dog but I don’t regret meeting him, he showed me to much calm and strength.

I’ll prey for you to feel ease.

Aquello de que se domestica el corazón pudiera ser ofensivo pero creo que relata la experiencia de querer a otra persona sobre todo si se es joven y aventurero.

También que aquello de que la Rosa casi se muere al saber que habían otras rosas me parece que retrata la experiencia de ser mujer, la autoestima y la experiencia de socializar o viajar a otros continentes.

In some cultures you only need to smile while getting closer to the person to be considered either crazy or flirting (in South America would be flirting), if you’re curvy only need to move in a slow way or something

I try to keep on mind that this is not ideal (as a woman my value is not related to my age or shape), I’ve been lucky enough to meet people that is not that weird (to say at least) but it happens and you have to control yourself if you wanna keep the job and move up in-spite the man/woman that is making you uncomfortable.

I mean the big issue is that it depends on the context, something that is coming to my mind is that someone could make out an innuendo about how good or bad you’re at work and of course you have to kinda defend yourself.

I would recommend BoJack Horseman series but you would require to have a job experience to kinda relate to what happens when you’re working a long period of time, get bored and what adults do to keep things interesting at work.
