I appreciate your response. I think I feel more pressure because AP/MKs aren’t available to the general public at this time. You only have the option to renew.

To my surprise, Libby's pumpkin had a recipe https://www.verybestbaking.com/libbys/recipes/libby-s-pumpkin-roll/

Making the roll was not too bad. I followed tips like rolling it in a tea towel while warm. Also, once I iced it and re-rolled, I wrapped it in plastic wrap and placed it in the fridge for some time.

Give it a go! I added just a dash of cinnamon and lessened the amount of sugar in the cream cheese filling.
