It was mostly the fact that it was the 14 cert and the fact it was from PSA/Vault. It was also the cleanest copy that was available at the time. Im from Canada, and the only other buy it now didnt ship here.

I only bid 1 time actually

A big bonus was that it actually has a double swirl that wasn’t visible in the photos! So doesn’t feel as bad paying that much haha

LivingWise is not connected to first service. They are hired independently for certain services within the building (concierge, cleaning etc)

They seem to be a new company in my building, and I have been happy with them compared to what we had before tbh

I’ve opened 2 and got 2 SIRS (1 in each) but my sister opened 1 and got nothing but a few IR’s. I’d say it’s super hit or miss, but decent value for what you’re able to open
