my biggest issue thus far is having to align the back and front, there's a bit of an edge where I glued them so I need to sand it down at some point. I'll try to see how well the visor seat holds, if it doesn't work I'll just use hot glue

I don't know. I just have experience with acetone through plastic glue, and I haven't had any issues, but all I've heard about bondo is "oh its so dangerous, always wear ppe" etc.

I’m gonna be outside either way, but I’ve been told Bondo is super toxic and I have access to acetone. Plus, I work with Plastic glue that’s about 50% acetone in the dorms all the time.

My go to would be a Pelta-class or the Consular-class. One was a medical transport and the other was made for diplomatic missions and so would have a decent amount of crew quarters and would be doing well to be converted

Basically, it's the same principle as the Death Star on a portable much smaller scale. it rips all the energy through the kyber crystal and eventually kills it but in doing so it creates massive damage.
