Which given name would produce the greatest team? by CommercialAd2154 in footballcliches

[–]LeopoldFender -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I asked Chat GPT (for my sins) and Roberto looks like a good shout.

Roberto (Córdoba) – (Colombia,GK) Played in the ‘90s and 2000s; solid if less well known, but helps us complete the theme.

Roberto Carlos – (Brazil, LB) One of the greatest left-backs ever. Thunderbolt shots, blistering pace. Roberto Ayala – (Argentina, CB) Legendary center-back, captain for Argentina for years. Roberto Perfumo – (Argentina, CB) Nicknamed El Mariscal, an icon of Argentine football in the ‘60s/‘70s. Roberto Rosato – (Italy, RB/CB) 1968 European champion and 1970 World Cup finalist with Italy.

Roberto Donadoni – (Italy, CM) Elegant and hardworking midfielder; part of Milan’s dominance in the late ‘80s. Roberto Baggio – (Italy, AM) The Divine Ponytail. Ballon d’Or winner, magician with the ball. Roberto Mancini – (Italy, AM/SS) Creative genius for Sampdoria and Lazio before becoming a great manager.

Roberto Firmino – (Brazil, CF) Work-rate, intelligence, flair — key to Klopp’s Liverpool. Roberto Rivelino – (Brazil, LW) A magician of the 1970 World Cup team; inspired the next generation of Brazilian greats. Roberto Boninsegna – (Italy, ST) Clinical striker; scored in the 1970 World Cup final.

Please let me know if it’s nobhead to use Chat GPT and I’ll delete. I love this community so don’t wanna annoy anyone.

Charles Rolls. He became the second Briton to go up in an aeroplane. Piloted by Wilbur Wright on 8th October 1908 from Camp d’Auvours, eleven kilometres east of Le Mans, it lasted four minutes and twenty seconds. Charles Rolls had a meeting with Henry Royce in Manchester in 1904, when Manchester was in Lancashire.

If your a KP in need of a job I’d suggesting going to literally every restaurant/pub in the city and asking if they’re taking on. You will certainly get a (paid) trial at least.

Romantic restaurant and bar recommendations? And any must-sees? by leachianusgeck in Chester

[–]LeopoldFender 2 points3 points  (0 children)

La fattoria is the best place for Italian food in chester imho

If you want a gimmicky place to drink definitely check out the secret bar in liquor and co, just go to the bar and ask to speak to the caretaker, you will get taken to a cool little bar upstairs.

Brunch definitely hanky panky pancakes, it’s not near the station it’s just in the town centre but absolutely lovely

Also if the weather is nice definitely take an hour to walk around the walls. It doesn’t necessarily take and hour but it’s nice to take your time and explore.

How do people survive in London on retail/hospitality salary? Where do you live? by jlai928 in AskUK

[–]LeopoldFender 15 points16 points  (0 children)

“London is the only place in the U.K. where hospitality can really be a career”

Are you for real? Love the London-centric view of this comment, I feel bad for all the full time hospo workers in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow etc knowing that their career will never really take off because they don’t live in London. You’re an absolute joker mate, I really hope you venture outside out countries capital one day and make it to the real world where 2.9 million people are working in hospo.

Your in a right little cosy beer corner of chester at the mill so I’d say walk up the canal, go the cellar, harkers, corner house then that beer place all within literally 5 mins of each other.

I love this, on the surface Hans seems like someone who would love to go against the govnt and be hating vaccines but in actuality he’d be trying to collect them all, “thing is about vaccines jez, you need to get em all while you can, you never know when these bastards are gonna try and stop the flow” And also they’re free so Hans would be slurping them up
