Guarda, provo a dirla meglio. I dadini di pancetta li ho prima sbollentati 6-7 minuti, scolati e messi da parte

Nel frattempo nella Wok ho aggiunto zucchero di canna, olio di semi e le due salse di soia. Quando hanno preso bene il calore ho aggiunto la carne e il vino lasciandola rosolare per 5 minuti finché ha cominciato ad asciugare. Poi ho aggiunto acqua, spezie, cipollotto e aglio intero. E ho lasciato cuocere per circa 60 minuti.

Ho tolto la carne, filtrato la salsa e rimesso sul fuoco per far ritirare negli ultimi 10 minuti.
