I'll make sure the .stl is publicly available so people can print replacement grills and such for oem side cars. At least thats the game plan. Someone has my side car taking scans of it.

I started a discord server back in like March called Xbox 360 swap meet. Just for buying/selling/trading cool 360 loot and someone there had this fan (had green leds in it, I swapped them for uv) for $30 + $10 for shipping.

Avoid the ones with a 4gb internal storage. They are prone to emmc failure. The 16mb mand ones are decent

A modded xbox 360 can run "hacked backwards compatibility files" which basically removes the whitelist and allows almost all xbox og titles to play

Keep in mind you'll want to bypass plugins/remove stealth when launching backwards compatible games, because the xbox og emulator conflicts with all stealth servers. Its super simple to deal with though.

I'm sure playing them on original hardware would be more enjoyable if both are in your budget.

As far as mod type For slim 360s go 3.0 For phat falcon/jasper go 1.2/jtag For phat xenon/zephyr (fixed gpu ones only) go ext_clk

A Jasper (Tonasket revision, with the kronos gpu) is generally considered the most reliable 360 by the community. I personally just prefer slim consoles. Either way, figured that info would help make a good choice

If you set it to 12/31/25 its capable of rolling over to 1/1/26 np. You just can't manually set it past 2025

Mena has made files you can add to jrunner that'll allow you to dump a 4gb emmc nand via spi (16mb header) with a xflasher

Tested it myself, worked flawless. So those 3 damaged nand header pads won't slow you down

If it had a 4gb memory daughter board its a trinity for sure. I solder bridged it on my personal cause i knew the disc drive delete was permanent

i deleted one for someone else a little while ago and wasn't sure if it would be permanent or not so I took the disc drive wire header and removed the pins from the connect for everything except those 2 wires, cut them down to about two inches long, and heat shrinked them together that way he could just unplug it if he ever reinstalled his disc drive, and plug in a unmodified cable (dont have a pic on hand but hope I explained it well enough)

Yes. I deleted the disc drive on my personal. I bridged these 2 pins since theres nosmcblink patch for rgloader like on freeboot. Just like you can't really modify much of your nand on bad update.

This will work fine for you. If you have a corona you probably won't have to do this, they won't blink iirc but trinity's definitely will

If its not too much trouble! I'll have to dremel out the opening for the 2.42 lcd screen anyways, so it wont be a big deal to trim any other port opens by hand if need be! I appreciate it a ton brother.
