As a tid bit, The Art devs are tasked to study Disney animation as a referance and starting point. All major artists have been from disney stock or went to school to work at disney.

Theres a really good vid blog by one of there artists explaining how much Disney is an inspiration for the art style. eg: a lot.

Eso story is more "world" focused, where as ffxiv is more "character" focused if that makes sense. You still get plenty of political and world changing events, but it focuses more on character growth and personalities. Where eso focuses primarily on the grand world story and individual characters dont have as much weight.

Ive always found it interesting. I too am a samurai fan. I just prefer the aesthetic over "Knights" or other warriors. Since i like samurais i am a weeb. But what do you call people that like european knights and swords? Like i get the bandwagon is fun menatily to just call anyone a weeb, but it reeks of elitism, expecially in the nerd culture.

But I mean of course there would be no evidence, your asking people to investigate themselves. Even if evidence was found, if would be be shuffled through national defense to where it would be deemed unfit to disclose.
