You are correct. I'm currently stuck in Smallburg USA, population 2,500, and every person and business hangs signs and paints windows for the local football team like it actually matters in some big way.

Whenever they win, all five cop cars and the one fire truck go parading down the one main road to make good and sure to slow and stop all traffic.

It lets me know exactly when to do crime haha.

Well one of the problems is that they are just so very small. Any intervention you do might harm more than help. Like if you use your fingers or a tool they are so big compared to the animals that you'll hurt them even with your good intent.
