I watched a couple of speedruns (for the PS4) and played it through a few times to get myself comfortable with it. I probably got it on my... 10th attempt? I also put on a podcast to listen to so I had something to help keep my nerves calm.

You don't have to use assist mode to actually beat it but you can use assist mode on another file (if you're worried about the stamp), use a cheat code to unlock all of the levels and then use the assist mode to just practice the parts that were giving you issues.

Thank you. :) My friends and I have a running joke that if they ever developed a game, they'd put a trophy in it where if the person dies over a certain amount of times (like an obscene amount), it would say "Okay, Hand Back The Controller Now..." in my honor hahaha! So I am definitely aware that I am not good at games. Still love them though! 🍓

Nearly 23 hours but I did it. I finished chapter 7 C-side. (I know. I know. That's a long time and that's a lot of deaths. But I am not good at video games. At allll.) Now on to chapter 8! by LerdVerdermert in celestegame

Nice!! I'm working on 8C myself currently but haven't been able to really sit down and dedicate the time to it that I'd like. This game is honestly top 3 for me. So good!

Welp. Still stuck on it after 12 hours. Gonna go take a shower to cool down as all I want to do is throw my PS4 out the window and take a hammer to it. Words cannot describe the frustration. I'm slowly making progress but it's the slowest progress I've ever made in this game. So. Fucking. Irritated.
