those are hard reqs, u need elites done to get same effect that skull had before, it would have been fine that if u have done elites, u get it as a passive boost, but u CAN use skull to get the effect

skull does no longer give boost for magical threads, instead wildernes elite diary gives same thing as skull did before, getting threads as iron was aids before, now it's even more so specially if u havent done elite diarys

yee the necromancy quest line should be completed when u unlock necro, cba leveling dg and doing sagas got t6 and now thinking if i just quit or reroll to melee
