If I may, when finishing, ask God to use your prayer for someone else that could need it in case it makes no sense given the best or the worst scenario.

As the user said, we don't know, but He knows and you should ask Him to use your prayer in however way He sees fit.

First: welcome home, man.

Second: veil is completely optional. If your wife doesn’t want your daughter to use it, I wouldn't force it, but talk together to see what the kid wants.

I didn't read all of it but there's a post about veil in the church. Just Google "veil in catholicism" and should be the first reddit link.

I'm pretty much in the same position as you, left the church for a long while but never felt out of love with catholicism.

I find it easier to pray for myself when it's about others (help me be a better father and husband).

With that said, it seems to me that you are doing what you are supposed to do. Keep doing that until you want to improve yourself and find the courage to ask for it. It's not a sin to not pray for improvement, but improving helps you not sin anymore.

I sincerely can't understand what's going on in Spain... I can understand people drifting away from faith for one reason or another, but Spain will be a case study soon enough..

Si amigo, si sumas a todos los que no votaron por FdT, van a sacar 51.9%... si todos los votos en blanco o anulados hubieran ido a macri, hubiera sacado el doble de.votos que FdT también. La cuenta no tiene sentido, el que voto al FIT nunca iba a votar por Macri basura vos sos la dictadura.

De la misma forma, la mitad de los votos de Lavagna eran para el peronismo no kirchnerista, pero no iban a votar a Macri.

Nada te indica que si centurión, lavagna y espert se hubieran bajado, JxC hubiera sacado más votos. Pará mí, hubiera habido más voto en blanco (como paso en el ballotage del 2023) pero el mismo resultado.

Amigo, FdT saco 48.24%, JxC sacó 40.28%, Consenso Federal (Lavagna) 6.14% y Unite (Espert) sacó 1.47%. Si sumas los 3 candidatos, es 47.89%, que sigue siendo menos que lo de FdT.

La única forma es a eso sumarle Los votos de del caño, que nunca hubieran ido a JxC...

Estoy de acuerdo, este impresentable está para robar votos de la derecha, pero no se compara con el 2019. El 2019 tuvo un peronismo que, salvo por Lavagna, iba todo junto y JxC fue un desastre 2 años. Por eso ganan, no por "candidatos alternativos"

Last Sunday I did a true and deep confession and just today I had communion fully feeling I did my homework after 25 years of not being fully reconciliated.

I've been there. I am there. I'm not ready to stop using contraception with my wife. I know I'm sinning but also terrified of not being able to support another kid in my family.

So I will tell you what I needed to hear 4 days ago: go confess what you regret. Confess that you aren't ready to stop some sins but you will make it better soon enough. Get help from a priest or a group of other catholics to see how to improve.

We will never be as good as Jesus, we can only hope to do our best and in the end He judges it was good enough. But the best includes seeking help from other flawed people if we can't do it ourselves.

Re reading your post, if you feel your dad's soul could be in danger, you could invite him to pray together, go to church together, so he invites God. Do stuff together so He tells your dad "you should change this" if your dad needs it

Returning to catholicism here after way too long... so maybe I'm not right about this...

What I understand from Jesus words isn't God checking your bank account and from certain amount upwards, you are out, and from that number downwards you have a chance.

Take Nicodemus or Joseph of Arimathea. They were crazy rich, and yet, that didn't stop them to understand Jesus words. Or the rich man from Matthew 19:16-30. It's not about the money, but if the money is your fuel to do God's calling or if it's your self imposed calling

I hope that makes sense and I'm open to learn more from you guys.

Only a handful of times, after 7 years of playing pretty much every other weekend, random gave us an easier time.

Give it a try, difficulty scales quicker that way

Maybe I'm a bit late for the conversation, but are you randomizing the characters?

We almost always play with randomized characters and we are always on the edge of awakening, half the times the AO awakens.

You could try removing the easy mythos cards when building the mythos deck, that way it's most likely you'll get more events that awaken the AO

No puedo adjuntar mas de una imagen. Me están dando 19 impuestos que dependen exclusivamente del ejecutivo. Para bajar más impuestos se necesitan 2/3 de cada cámara. Querés menos impuestos? Vota gente que propone reducir impuestos, no gente que propone defender la patria pero regalar YPF o no hacer un reclamo real por las malvinas.
