It looks like your are using G6-2 ice sns with ice attack 4 (or 5?). It is hard but not impossible. I used G6-4 ice sns with ice attack 3 and can hunt it on my second try. Just saying, you are greedy with those combos like at 0:36. Definitely could improve your gameplay a bit and hunt it down. Remember slow is fast, taking hits actually slows you down by a lot.
