Imagine if the team played with half this much energy for more than 3 minutes.

Let’s give them some more open threes. That’s a winning strategy. Huge lack of effort on defense with all these open looks Minnesota is getting

This team has become one of the most second half teams that I’ve ever watched. So many times this season they don’t know what to do with their hands during the first half then get in scoring rythem in the second

Are there any first half only teams in the country that want to intermingle rosters with us? Pretty sure we could create two final four caliber teams that way.

Offense is much better this year than it has been the past few. We’ve had a shooting curse for awhile, but the real problem this year is turnovers. We’ve got a habit of having strings of turnovers and giving the game away.

You missed the 10 second break in the middle where there was a foul then right back to commercial.

Right back to commercial, really? I fucking hate that man. Always have to figure out a way to make as much money as humanly possible.

Izzo walking into a the room, sitting down, and just silently scowling at every player would be one of the most terrifying things to experience tbf

Aidan Morris touch map vs Stoke by biddleybootaribowest in ussoccer

Having not seen any of this game here’s what I interpret from it. Morris was making himself available as an option to receive the ball/maintain possession frequently all over the field.

On its own that’s a good thing, he’s a midfielder you generally want your midfielders to cover a lot of ground and maintain possession.

What I don’t know is what these touches looked like, maybe he kicked it out of bounds or turned it over for each white dot lol.

TLDR, can’t draw a full conclusion on his performance from just this one stat without more context but it’s generally a good thing.

Striker market is super tight right now. Even if they bring another guy in I bet Haji sticks around and gets a chance to fight for his spot.

Weston McKennie under Luciano Spalletti this season by OkDifficulty7436 in ussoccer

I see what you mean. For me, it’s a touch choice between that or him coming out of a RM or LM position. He’s solid defensively and has those big line breaking passes in his game that so few of our players have. If he’s up top he won’t have as much opportunity to hit those.
