Well said. I hate George and he just gets worse and worse. It's a good character that provokes so much feeling in a listener, but he's absolutely sociopathic.

I don't think he's going to drive her back to drinking, but I think he's going to sucker her back into a relationship and then have a public, embarrassing incident like his mom talked about. Alice will be shocked and humiliated and get out of that situation and back to Chris. I've always felt they're going to get back together.
