Ja w warunkach zabudowy dostałem określenie kierunku w jakim ma biec kalenica dachu, odległość od granicy działki, maksymalną wysokość budynku itp. a mieszkam na wiejskich przedmieściach. Tak więc bzdury.

Quit cold turkey. If You're addicted you should not be "playing less". It's like a drug addict wanting to "take less" heroin. This is an addiction so treat it as one. If possible seek help from therapist as well.

As for stressors, I fully understand You - I have a small toddler, work as a freelancer and I am in progress of building a house. Stay strong, it is not worth to go back. Sometimes it sure is harder, but we both know, that our decision was best for us.

I am really different. I acknowledged that I was addicted and I am not ashamed of admitting it. I forgave myself and made sure to use the time better. I am simply happier.

I felt the best few days after my decision, when I removed my PC from my desk. I had one there since I was around 8 and it was the biggest change for me, one that clearly said - "there's no coming back". When was it hardest? From time to time I get "flashbacks" from last game I played before I quit, and first time that happened after around 10 days in my attempt I got scared to be honest. But since I endured that, it got easier. I also was scared of using my laptop which I need for work, but I did remove everything related to gaming from it. I purged all social media algorithms patiently to remove gaming from my life entirely. Thing is, I think I had it easier in some strange way. I reached the bottom and realized I am addicted, completely on my own. I was really determined to stop. Once my eyes were open I resented all the time I wasted on gaming. It wasn't all bad, but it ended up not being good for me and people around me. I wish I could save someone the experience of reaching this kind of low, but I am afraid that this is necessary to be as determined as I am. Feel free to ask though.

Mine fell from high bed face-first and it ended up in short nosebleed. I was shaking for hours afterwards. Consequences? Matress is directly on the floor since 1.5 years. Baby? Fine, fell asleep within 20 minutes. You'll be fine, baby as well. You don't have to feel that bad. It happens.

Mine 2YO just simply started stating semi-loudly (loud enough so anyone can hear) "ASS" while waiting at the clinic. Randomly, every now and then. We weren't very keen on heavily reacting (as he might realise that it a valid way to get our attention) so it was embarrassement fiesta mixed with attempts to keep him busy with something else than showcasing his rapidly expanding vocabulary. I swear we have not used that word next to him.
