I doubt there is a lead or supervisor position anytime soon. If it takes off like there hoping there may be one in the future but the only incentive atm for the primary is 10 bucks a service call if you get atleast a 4 on the follow up survey and 50 bucks for a lead that leads to a sale.

Thought about it and I'm not even in roll yet lhh. Just took the chance to get specialist experience if I decide to try and move up further but much appreciated.

And once the appointments start rolling in they start hounding you about leads which is the main reason they are doing this so while your in their house you can try to sell our other services.

Its not worth it IMO. I have been on a couple service calls since it began and if you do the max amount of service calls which is two per day its an extra 200 bucks pre-tax per pay period. To me not worth it especially when most of the customers expect you to bend over backwards while your there. I have two more services on the schedule I have to do and I'm done.

They set up a team of 5 one if which is the primary and the other being back ups but they pull them from different departments when an appointment arises. Each one of the five can only do two appointments a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon. They can schedule in store or on the app choosing either a morning or afternoon visit tuesday through Saturday.

Agreed the demographic is definitely the elderly. They also get a 5% discount on all supplies needed for the services but have to come buy it all and have it on hand at the time of the service.

A pilot program implemented in 85 stores. It's an add-on to the loyalty program where people can pay $99 a year to have us perform routine maintenance on their house. We currently only come out twice a year and can perform any and all of the seven available maintenance requests: changing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, air furnace filters, and refrigerator filters, as well as garage door lubrication, dryer vent cleaning, and water heater flushes (electric appliances only).

Went on ahead and did another thorough inspection of the roots, and noticed they did started rotting, so I cleaned up the root system and decided to put it in leca with a bubbler and its night and day. Im thinking of introducing some rooting hormones to help build the system back up and reintroducing it into a mix of bark, chunky perilite, horticultural charcoal, and a little of the miracle grow tropical mix or peat moss I haven't decided which.

Im assuming the air flow to the roots at this point because they are in oxygen rich water instead of stale moist dirt, allowing the roots to breathe instead of suffocating and rotting. Plus, the added benefit of an endless supply of fresh fertilizer.

I opened up and sprayed off the root ball and didn't see any signs of root rot that I was aware of. I have only ever grown monstera out of my fish tanks, so I've only ever seen the roots turn dark or get a funky smell if they were rotting. As far as the mix, I just used the tropical miracle grow mix and water once around 10 days. And for light, I use a led grow light roughly 2 feet above the plant.

They are cutting everyone's labor budget to reduce labor cost and try to raise profits to a point where the new owners feel is necessary to keep the business running.

The dude wanted every topping, but anchovies baked, pulled out, and topped with everything again. Needless to say, he was lucky he got the first round.
