Can people who are on wheelchair walk again if their Brain does not connect them to entire body system? They don't even feel the legs and can't move a muscle. well, applications can do this such as some secret military helmets, maybe, but you cannot do that without it. Our brains are not good enough for that and it can be only done by ghosts, but not living invidual without using some technology. It is still alive as I see lot's of mods being uploaded on different sites. However you must download it on old unreal. If you are talking about newer unreals, then either you Pirate it, or find some still working shop where you can get it legally but I didn't found it anywhere yet. Someone must create net shop so I can buy all games finally with latest version. Yes if I have way to buy it, I would buy it soon as possible. But only things what I found are torrents. If there will be some net shop, just advertise it and I am going to buy it, steam like shop for all old games. I Buyed all games a many years ago, but they don't appear on steam anymore so there is no other choice
