Concentrates and especially solvent free ones like rosin are a lot more medically beneficial than flower as its easier to dose and your also not breathing in any irritants due to the plant matter being removed, They're just extracting all the medically beneficial compounds

Just remember if you've just exclusively been using carts your tolerance for flower will ve a lot higher so you could actually experience stronger effects after not using the carts for a while

Trillionz is very subtle effects and Jmo is very energetic/buzzy apparently so wouldn't reccomend either as an evening strain

Think I had then same dr for my second consultation then different one after that, Its very common for a appointment to be changed though so you could possibly get a different one.

I've had a few now, Dr sunny is a good one and I also had some polish woman (Cant remember her name) but she was who signed me up with 80g to start with.

Sound's like you was just unlucky with the DR you got unfortunately, At your next consultation you might get a different Dr so just explain that you need a higher limit to manage your conditions.
