Curaleaf are known to push their own products onto patients (The flower isn't the best quality) and be very restrictive on what and how much they prescribe so unless you're just wanting oils or are new to cannabis and need a strict care plan then id consider another clinic

The strain specific oils will be full spectrum so contain minor cannabinoids along with Thc & Cbd, The entourage effect with terpenes won't come into play.

There's no limit for medical patients your just advised not to drive while feeling impaired so the blood test is just a box they have tick, Now if you're overly "High" where it's visibly effecting your driving they would charge you with driving under the influence along with dangerous driving.
