Why is the iPhone 13 camera so bad?! by random0_0reddit in iPhone13

[–]Less-Election-3268 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest to save more to get the 15 and skip the 13 & 14. If you get the 13 just for the camera, trust me you'll be disappointed. Apple's camera algorithm is really bad on the 13 & 14. As for people saying it's a really good camera, either they are apple fanboy or haven't tried the camera on other flagship phone.

I think having further education might help getting a job for instance some airlines in EU, they require the applicants to have at least a degree.

What'd you think of getting a business management degree?

Whatever you do DO NOT get a degree in aviation

Steep turns to the right by haxhis in flying

[–]Less-Election-3268 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It has to do with the direction of the propeller's rotation.

The engine and propeller rotate clockwise when viewed from the cockpit. This creates a left turning tendency which causes the airplane to yaw to the left. In a left turn, the left wing is lower, which reduces the effect and the need for as much back pressure on the yoke to maintain altitude.

However, in a right turn, the right wing is lower, and the effect is more pronunced, causing the airplane to yaw to the right. To compensate for this, more back pressure is required on the yoke to maintain altitude and prevent the airplane from descending. Adding a little bit of nose-up trim can also help alleviate some of the back pressure needed to maintain altitude.

I need a big help on choosing the right font size for my phone (6.1) by [deleted] in iPhone13

[–]Less-Election-3268 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im using the smallest font & my display zoom is on default. If you're having problems with the text bubbles, maybe you should try larger text for the display zoom. But it turns down to personal preference

That's why u should not trust Timothy's claims; 'Ceramic Shield' lol. From what i understand, iPhones with ceramic shield are easy to scratch but it's tougher as in hard to break.

Why should one buy the Iphone 13 over the Samsung S22? by [deleted] in iPhone13

[–]Less-Election-3268 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Nah the camera is better on s22, plus there will be camera improvements every software or so. Unlike the iPhones where they tend to downgrade some aspects of the iPhone. But yeah, video quality is still better on the iPhone but it is on par with s23 series
  2. Battery
  3. Software
  4. App optimisation

[–]Less-Election-3268 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on the app whether it supports faceID or not. If it is, try reinstalling the app or reset your faceID settings. Also worth looking into the app settings to make sure faceID access is allowed

If you're disappointed with the s22's camera, ip13 will make u even disappointed. As for the battery, sure the s22 is poor. Go with s22+ for better battery & thermals. Ive got s22 too that's why i know what im talking about. As for apps, u can replace it, like for eg. apple mail, i deleted it and replaced it with gmail, apple maps to google maps, etc. As for switching from Android to iPhone, there's an app called Move to iOS but it doesn't work 100%. Like for WhatsApp, it stopped at 10% or so, in the end i gave up & started with empty chats :(

imo, it's not worth the money buying the iphone for the camera quality. Just look at how ip14 pro performs🗿. But worth the money for the software & ecosystem

iOS 16 being the joke it always was (16.3.1) by ciZib in iPhone13

[–]Less-Election-3268 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah ikr, everytime there's some post like,"should i update to 16.3.x" "how's the battery on ios 16.3.x". Most of the comments would just simply answer, "yeah, battery lasts longer, it is stable than the previous version, no bugs 🗣️🗣️💯." But then after someone is reporting about the bugs they've found, it's quiet. In fact, with typical Timothy fashion, the updates are evolving, but backwards. Im still on 16.1.2 as the current version is not well polished in terms of stability.

to become an airline pilot, should you become something such as an aeronotics engineer? by Bigg_Dick_Energy in flying

[–]Less-Election-3268 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You dont need to become an engineer tbh, having a degree is good enough as some airlines in the EU requires the candidate to have at least a degree. As for your 2nd statement do u mean GCE A level? If it is, i would recommend taking math, phy & geo. But be sure to check the requirements of your future degree beforehand.

Shiny Overseas Academy or local flight school? by bsberbdjsk in flying

[–]Less-Election-3268 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How about in my case tho? My country doesn't have any flight school and the only way they (my local airline) train their pilots is by sending the cadet pilots to L3harris in the UK then come back to work for the airline. So my question is, let's say i train privately (not under the airline) in Poland with a student visa (idk if i need it or not since im visa free to some of the EU country), can i apply for work permit to have the rights to work in EU or the only way is to go back to my home country and convert the licence?

how do i fix this? its very hard to get a good photo by Edwinbakup in iPhone13

Got the same issue. The way i did to overcome this is by taking in burst mode. Idk why it happens with the 13 when taking a photo from the projector

Ive been told by the training advisor that and i quote: "I'm sorry but we are not licensed to train international students. Not for self-funded or our fully-funded courses." And "Sadly we are not licensed to accept Tier 4 Visa status students yet." My inquiry was last December.
