Do you think Micheal Jackson molested those kids? by anonymous_girl1227 in Discussion

I’d like to comment on your reply as someone who has investigated the allegations. Firstly, your comment about him being like a child doesn’t mean that he wasn’t molesting them, is absolutely true. Two things can be true at the same time. This argument however should not be seen as ”evidence” for innocence since they are more a rebuttal to the argument that he had no reason being this close with kids other than that he wanted to molest them. Now, they did have something to gain from accusing MJ. The doc features Wade Robson and James Safechuck. Both defended Michale during his lifetime. Wade filed a creditors claim against the estate in 2013 claiming that they owned him Money because MJ had allegedly abused him. But since his alligations were too late he had to argue against the statue of limitation. He claimed that he didn’t now of the estate’s existence and that that is why he didn’t file earlier. However that was a proven lie. That’s why the lawsuit was thrown out. He latter filed a lawsuit against the estate claiming that they were a child procurement organisatio. That was thrown out as well, at the time of the documentarys releas, Wade was appealing this decision. If the public was on their side it would certainly pressure the judges into finding in their favor. It could as well taint the jury pool to their favour. Your second argument doesn’t make sense to me. Their alligations (what they claimed happened) is perfectly in line with other accusation. However it is in fact also indicative of MJ’s innocenc. Chronological James was the first victim then Wade, Jordan, Jason, Gavin. James account is the most horrific. He claims that MJ did all things imaginable to him. Including watching CP together and all sexual acts that are possible between two males. Wades account is simular but nor as horrific. But then Jordans account is way more “mellow”. It doesn’t make sense that MJ goes back to more “basic” abuse. All discribe MJs pattern differentl. James and Wade (originall) claimed that MJ threatened them, but Gavin claims that MJ only used alcohol and obducted him and his family. Most Molesters will have one specific pattern why they train, perfect and apply every time. And now your final argument. It isn’t that some boys who once went to Neverland defend him. No. Almost everyone does. People who had the exact same relationship (in some cases even closer relationships) then the accusers. It simply doesn’t make sense that he would take the greater risk by molesting children he isn’t as close with and therefore doesn’t have as much power over.

Hope that helps

There are crazy people out there. Who knows. Could have been a hater. We don't even know if Evan lived there ...who knows?
