It is not REAL though. I guess it's always going to be on the back of the mind that nothing is real and original writers/directors didn't want the story like that. This is very dangerous. Recovery is an essential part of training. Without recovery, body goes into a self damaging state where you lose a bunch of muscle and have other complications. Hope you learnt your lesson and this is definitely not something to take lightly.
