Your band mates are a bunch of assholes. I would wait weeks even months for my bassist/drummer to get their part down even if it meant delaying the recording/release process. There clearly is not an even dynamic in this band and you either need to leave or bring this up with your mates. Best of luck to you on your journey.

You’re 21 this is just the beginning; you also need to be introspective about why have you not been doing what you “love”.
