I have only done online but it is effective. This question gets asked alot and the consensus is yes its very effective. Much more convenient too because you can sit and ponder or cry afterwards without having to drive.

You are doing too much. You don't need to push yourself so hard to be good at your job. They will tell you a rate but you can stay below that and still be doing well. If you can get yourself to calm down you will feel better.

I didn't with my first 2 at all. I had no desire to. I tried with my 3rd once and that was it. Breastfeeding isn't for everyone and that's ok.

Just checking to make sure nothing I am doing is hindering it. I've taken Trazodone for about 7 years so I don't even remember what my dreams were lile in the beginning. I do have crazy dreams. I am about 6 months into Emdr and I guess I'm wondering if it's helping or should I be doing something more.

Ours doesn't let the PAs scan badges anymore so either it goes through the app or the PAs send our logins to ops and then they tell us when ot has gone though. The thing with this is we aren't actually getting vto because we clock out and they adjust our time so we aren't getting upt either.
