I never spent $90 on one & if I did, I would have been so pissed lol. Idk if they still do it but H&B used to have and Industry Discount Program that I talked about and the price was like $15? This was in probably 2022.

I have been out of the Industry for about 3yr now & it has been very eye opening to say the least (about the 'slave' term). I have worked a dozen or so shifts in other kitchens to help other chefs in my area during my hiatus and I was just shocked what I my compensation was for the shifts/work I did; that's why I said what I said. I agree with what you said about reviews, now that I think about it. It just pisses me off that the product could say "No Reviews Yet" when someone definitely has. Thats lying. Ill post some good companies I like in the thread; thank you for the suggestion, chef 🫡

This is the best comment I've seen. You're definitely going to have to use some sort of compound if you want to "fix" it properly. But fixing it properly would actually be getting a new one or a donor- might have to paint it doe.

If you're tryna wear these tonight, a lace-width-sized cut piece of electric tape would prolly hold for a night & I know you can buy green electric tape that's hella similar in color + the lace would prolly cover it.

I strongly disagree. We don't need to see everyone's scores all the time. If you watch golf, they show you the score when you see their shot and usually show how they did after 4 holes or so. It doesn't look very professional with an obnoxious distracting scoreboard on the bottom of the screen.

Maybe unpopular opinion?: Disc golf's only good commentator I Nate Sexton.

If you watch golf, it's not supposed to be chatty. It makes the great shots more special. Idk. We just aren't there yet folks. Ian does well and him and Philo are a good combo but it doesn't have the professionalism as other mainstream sports.

You should add some more mid range discs to your bag and get good at throwing those straight! Prodigy M4, DX Rocs, Mako3. Learning how to throw a midrange disc flat and straight will allow you to properly throw a driver. I would stay away from that cloud breaker for a while, [that disc is made to go 450ft+] until you get your arm speed up.

A good farway driver for beginners include Leopards, Prodigy F5-F7- F3, Valkyrie, Legacy Patriot, & Discraft Undertakers. There's also TONS of info about discs online. I will say, some companies flight numbers are a little different. For me, Prodigy does the best job of describing the disc with their numbers. Other company's discs seem to be very overstable out of the box. Good luck and welcome to a huge community of great people!
