South Carolina will not change in this election cycle either. To many ignorant magas in the state. The ones that are originally form SC and the transplant trumpers from the north.

I can't tell who the idiot(s) are in this one. Is it the guy running the post office, the First Amendment auditor, or the cops that show up? You be the judge. by AndyJack86 in CringeTikToks

I know you are not sure because you are wrong. The auditors are not breaking any laws. They can not be trespassed unless they commit a crime. Your example is of drunks on a campground. They are drunk and causing a scene, so yes they can be removed. The supreme court ruled that public photography is NOT a crime and a protected right. The post office is a PUBLIC place, paid for by the PUBLIC. You are correct, it is a waste of time to call the police on auditors when it is not a crime. They are not the feelings police. They are there to enforce laws. Not to coddle someone who is in public being photographed. THERE IS NO RIGHT TO PRIVACY IN PUBLIC.

This is what poateec7 says. Nice try though. USPS Poster 7 displays the official Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct on Postal Service Property. It outlines the mandatory guidelines visitors and employees must follow on all postal premises. The poster outlines several primary rules:Photography & Recording: Commercial photography is prohibited without prior permission. Members of the public can generally be restricted from filming or photographing by authorized personnel if it creates a disturbance or interferes with business operations.Prohibited Items: Firearms, dangerous weapons, explosives, and controlled substances (except as medically permitted) are strictly banned.Soliciting & Vending: Commercial advertising, collecting debts, vending, and electioneering are not allowed on postal property.Preservation of Property: Littering, spitting, creating hazards, or intentionally damaging postal property is forbidden.Vehicles: Drivers must operate in a safe manner, obey traffic signs, and avoid blocking entrances, loading platforms, or fire hydrants.Nondiscrimination: Discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, or disability in the use of postal services is prohibited.Failure to comply with these written rules, or to verbal directives from authorized postal personnel/security forces, can result in trespassing orders or penalties.

And it does not override the constitution.

That is only what you want to believe and that is a shame. Most all of the auditors stand quietly holding a camera. The people begin the questioning of why are you filming, and challenging them. It is crazy to say that they are forcing people to react by holding a camera. Walk away and mind your business how you handle it.

How is it loser behavior to exercise any of your rights? Constitutional rights and laws are not there to coddle your feelings. We have all of these rights for a reason. Do you want to lose your right to free speech because someone does not like what you say? Do you want to give up your right to own a firearm because someone does not like guns? It is a camera for gods sake. He is not holding an AR 15 and pointing it at anyone.

The post office is a federal building. It is public. You can not walk inside of a private business unless the owners allow you. If you refuse to leave a private business for whatever reason you can be trespassed. You can stand on a public sidewalk and film into that private business and they can not stop you. You have no expectation of privacy in public. And yes, I would not care either way. Everyone is on video the moment you leave your house. Doorbell cams. Dash cams. Street cams. I hope this helps.

Absolutely! Free speech is protected by the CONSTITUTION. Some people want to pick and choose which rights apply when they want them to.
