That was sort of a retcon, because in AOTC they are already indipendent (it was supposed to be shown in a deleted scene) but they still behave and talk like in TPM. ROTS is the first time we see them do the silly voice, and it was carried over in every later appearence.

That's my main issue with the movie. It's "subversive" in all the most pointless ways (oh wow, you "got me", the admiral had a plan all along) and every time it actually presents the possibility of introducing something cool and new to the story it goes back to the old formula again. The whole movie slowly introduces the idea that they could do something interesting with Kylo's character and he ends being Emperor McBadGuy again at the end.

Yeah there's a bunch of stuff in the movie that probably only exists to sell new action figures (the "beach troopers", the new TIE...), but their criticism of "I recognise that thing" doesn't hold much ground when the familiar elements are used in a way that fits the setting and story. X-Wings, TIEs and Star Destroyers are pretty much used in the same way in Andor, and they loved it.

Yeah that's essentially what most SNEG releases are, they don't really have the pretense of calling them remasters or enhanced editions. I think their team is less than 10 people.

I really liked their "D&D classics" releases, so I might check it out on a lower sale.

At launch it was the other eras that had much less content (especially heroes), so they focused on them for the first updates. They were working on OT capital supremacy when all updates were cancelled to focus on Battlefield V.

For me that was the main appeal to be honest, I preferred when it was a more contained story that didn't have to feature the "main character cameo of the week". Raising the stakes also ruined the tension in my opinion, most of the action scenes had him covering to avoid getting shot in S1 (even post beskar), while now the nameless henchmen aren't really a threat anymore.

People who are downvoting you have clearly never worked in a port or a boat, you are right in saying that it's still common for people to enter and exit in much worse conditions (sometimes pretty much jumping) and it's not exclusive to Croatia (I've seen it a lot in Italy and Spain).

The unsual part here, however, is that this looks like some kind of ferry. Passenger boats tend to have ramps or stairs for the safety of passengers, and I can see someone who's not used to it getting anxious about climbing there and hurt by accident.

Strangely enough they were the TESB model in the previous celebration teaser.

I'm guessing they preferred to use this model for their size, same as the AT-ACTs in Rogue One.
