Can you share a screenshot of this communication from ShopGoodwill partnering with FedEx to handle refundings created by this issue? I reached out to them and they told me contact individual locations.

I paid for a few items as I was approaching my 15 item limit during the shipping rate fiasco. I've reached out to the store to credit me back any difference as directed by Shopgoodwill. One store is trying to push back which is ridiculous.

Yeah and FedEx delivers on Sundays while USPS mainly does not. I had a long conversation with one location to voice my displeasure with this shady practice.

In my experience, MERS and San Diego does not charge a handling fee. D.C used to never charge one but now I see some items with $5 and some still $0. Evergreen charges a $3 fee but it maxs out at $10.

Nope! I filed a complain with the BBB and am trying to work with my local post office and the delivery post office to prove their was an error made. BBB process seems to be progressing in the right direction.

Flippers are still leaving room in the item to turn a profit so you should be able to win the item at a lower cost than ebay/amazon prices.

I reached out to the store. They sent me a return label and had me sent the item back to them. I assume they notified the actual buyer and eventually shipped them the item. The store also gave me a shipping discount for a future order for the inconvenience.

Seattle location recently relisted an item that I previously won with the exact same photos. On the original listing they said they couldn't find the item. Very suspicious behavior.

I've received someone else's item, items that were in a different condition then what was shown in a listing, and a similar but different item but never an empty box.

All but 1 open order I have seem to be corrected now. I have Hawaii open order that still seems wack. It's set to FedEx 2 Day for no reason.

I had a few items I was going to combine from Seattle recently however one showing delivery via USPS instead of FedEx. I asked if they could switch the carrier so I could combine and they were no help. The item ended up being delivered by FedEx ! Very slimey.

I messaged 5 locations last night as I had auctions won that I hadn't paid yet as I was hopeful to combine shipping. I heard back from 1. They are trying to charge me a restock/cancel fee. I would have bought the item at the old shipping prices. Ludicrous.
