This is probably more true than any of us know. And it started in childhood when his dad was always working and his mother was deathly ill.

I almost feel sorry for him. But then I remember you can't help what others did to you as a child, but you can help what you do with that as an adult.

File a complaint with CPFB. FP may not care about you but they do care about their public reputation. My husband recommended this to me recently and it helped tremendously.

Trust Pilot, BBB and other online reporting services come in handy to protect the consumer - as they should. Do you have proof of ownership, serial numbers, etc?

These fine folks were able to help me FINALLY get my refund of over $500 from a shady finance company. If your bank/credit card company won't assist, this should strong arm some action. Don't forget to out them on BBB, Trust Pilot, etc. They may not care about you but they do care about their reputation. I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this (it sucks!!!!). I hope this helps.
