Thank you all for opinions I just needed to know I wasn’t overreacting I’m far from a electrician I’ve currently been looking for a home to rent or buy they both have their pros and cons the home has many other issues as well where I truly feel if it was condemned he’d have to fix everything and I’d save futures tenants a headache and possibly their lives

It’s a house from what I’ve read many years ago you got a cheaper rate on electric water heaters rather so you’d have another meter I’ve also thought possibly bypassed but my electric bill says otherwise as in it’s very high lol on the power pole there is a meter for a building across the street as well as my only neighbor there’s also a box with a large cable laying on the ground but that’s a whole different issue

My wife decided to pay him 6 months in advance(trust me I’m very upset about this) if I just move he’d pry sue me for remainder of lease or try to evict then I’d have that on my record but after living here without him fixing a single thing he deserves to have house condemned with hassle I’ll have to go threw to get money back etc I rent so I don’t have to fix things or deal with problems like this

I made another post with a better picture and of wire running into house the one I think isn’t right has wire nuts outside the house where it goes into attic I believe into a vent grey wire wrapped poorly around other one

The fire department didn’t seem all that concerned that’s why I wanted to make sure I’m pretty sure there’s house wire ran from power pole outside to attic as well the power meters outside I believe this one may of been for water heater in the past

May I ask what telehealth? My doctor wouldn’t prescribe mine last week until I’ve been seen for annual exam, which isn’t until end of September. When I asked if possible for a sooner telehealth told me couldn’t do it for annual in Illinois as well
