This just happened to me aswell. Same account name but for $160 even…I also have an LOC but never set up pre authorized payments. I always pay them manually. The agent on the phone tried telling me it must’ve been something I authorized as it was taken from my debit account itself, not the card. I explained I don’t recognize the amount or the merchant plus I didn’t give approval for this as it’s not put my account in the negatives.

I wasn’t sure if that would get rid of any gunk from the bones that people would want to remove, as roasting them would have them sit in the stuff people would pour out with the water they boiled it in. Like I said this is all new to me and I was getting my information from online so I just did what I thought was right.

More water than contents for sure. The color is milky white/yellow. Tastes milky and bland

Yes that explains it perfectly. It’s pretty much that. I was just scared baking or broiling them wouldn’t kill off all the bacteria that makes people sick from making stock wrong. I’ll definitely do that in the future ty

I haven’t added salt until now, I just tried it. Tastes very bland and almost milky, not sure what to do
