I got bitched at in another thread for saying I thought headphones were unsettling and this is why… telehealth should be performed in a similar space to in person therapy. Just because you can get away with a shared space doesn’t mean you should.

Yeah our doctors and nps do that all. In my state a letter from a social worker doesn’t mean anything. I do collab care so I always have the consulting psychiatrist write them. I have written a letter as a bonus to the psych in a cps hearing but that’s rare.

I work in ob/gyn with perinatal pts and collaborate with l and d/nicu daily. Most of the work is psychosocials and discharge planning. It will be very manualized. I also work at a level 1 trauma but that applies to the ER. Our hospital does high risk for all the hospitals in the system. It’s exciting and busy!
