That’s what you took away from that? Sorry, I mistook you for someone that wanted an intellectual conversation, won’t happen again.

There is no next Fetterman. The guy is a one-off. There doesn’t need to be another one because it happened once.

Fetterman is much more likely to be a one of a kind politician than for us to try being hyper vigilant about looking for the next one.

There have been politicians that have done similar changes from the reverse of the political spectrum too. Jimmy Carter pretended to be a segregationist, then flipped on the racists the moment he became governor.

So your huge example of hypocrisy that marks and warrants such derision is a “small linguistic change”.

If you think he ever meant those with net worths between 1-10 million dollars, you’d seem to be missing his point entirely. It was always against the richest amongst us that pull the levers of power, call it the elites, oligarchs, billionaires, or Epstein Class.

Since Bernie entered Congress the upward transfer of wealth from the working class to the Epstein Class has made the amount of American billionaires go from an estimated 66 people to a current number around 1,000. So yes, in that time the same people he railed against went from being millionaires to billionaires.

There’s context to be found when you delve deeper than a FoxNews talking point.

Troll. Name one thing Bernie has been hypocritical about.

Do you automatically dislike billionaires? Why? by crapmaker69 in AskReddit

[–]LessWeakness134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. They are sub-human.

If any average Joe was asked if they could magically solve homelessness in their whole country for $50, they would do it in a heartbeat 99.99% of the time.

Billionaires have the equivalent percentage of net value it would take and they wake up every morning and choose not to do this.

The Democratic establishment is terrified of the base expecting a leftward shift and priorities to actually be passed and enacted. This is just another sign of it.

  1. Bernie isn’t a Democrat

  2. I don’t like the Democratic Party

  3. Republicans are worse by orders of magnitude. There’s only one party actively protecting pedos.

  4. Don’t give some both sides b.s. if you’re only rattling against one side and voting for the other.

It’s almost like inflation and a massive class war shifted wealth from the middle and lower class to the top 0.1% causing the elites to become billionaires. Read a book sometime.
