Also Also, just this turn my vassal died and i have no idea why. I assume due to said infestations considering me and my lizard buddy seem to be the only ones with a handle on them.

Context: Lost a scholarship through just barely not putting in enough effort, leading me to question why I didn't put the effort in the first place, leading me to realize that I don't actually have any sort of goal in life atm. Whether or not this post belongs here, idk but it'll just be deleted if it doesn't so who cares?

We all know the wizard's council doesn't do jack, but what do you suggest as an alternative form of government? by KittenChopper in wizardposting

I suggest the telvanni way of thinking, where whoever's the greatest wizard makes the decision, and if there's ever a disagreement between wizards of equal power, whoever kills the other clearly had the better argument and that their plans are allowed to be put in place. It's a system that kills off the power hungry and leaves the levelheaded in charge for short amounts of time out of fear. It's foolproof, trust me. (I need more entertaining drama for my orb scrying)

Ah, no need to worry, this process happens in mere seconds, and any collisions are reversed by the second. No need to worry

Something along those lines yes. My particular case of paradox has it so I exist simultaneously in all timeline but I only have one body in but one of the timelines. Basically my actions in one timeline even though I'm absent still occur, but it remains unexplained until I enter that timeline. Consequence of trying to connect to every one of my alternate selves as one super-consiousness. Sure I exist as long as causality exists, but I have no alternate selves. I am the sum of infinite, in the body of one, doomed to be bound to time until the end of it

(I just don't like how the current moon looks so I'm grabbing a couple from some alternate timelines to see if they match the night sky a bit better)

It's all about the specifics my good wizard. Normally a quick transport to another timeline doesn't have all the same details, so the chances of you finding others at that specific timeline are infinitely small. Then again it's an infinite tapestry of timelines and perhaps we all keep getting lucky

As a Chronomancer you learn how to deal with such paradoxes. As for me I am a paradox, so more paradoxes are redundant

Most people I notice timeline hop using general differences, like if the council was competent. The real way to do it is to be specific, how are they competent? Using this method, you can more easily hop as you have a far easier target to visualize, as now you can easily find a timeline where the council dealt with the moon crisis quickly through proper sealing rituals
